Half the Cost of Competitors
Our daily rates are less than the Shipley fee and less than half the cost of the SM&A hourly rates when compared to a 10 hour day. Our rates cover a “typical proposal work day” of 10-12 hours or usually whatever it takes.
One inherent difference between CADRE and our competitors is we will not automatically front load the proposal with Volume Managers, Assistants, etc. We will work closely with you to keep staffing to a minimum and timed correctly.

CADRE can easily integrate into any established proposal infrastructure. We have experience in all proposal formats and processes and rely on the solicitation variables, internal resources and proposal content requirements to define the process needed.
